Feature Pendant Lighting in Edithvale

Sometimes you don't need to change an entire lighting layout to completely transform a space.

For this Edithvale home, our team wired and installed a client-supplied feature pendant above the staircase.

With multiple suspended lights positioned at different heights, the fitting fills what would otherwise be a large open staircase void while creating a beautiful lighting effect across the surrounding walls and ceiling.

Installing lighting in staircase voids

Staircases and void areas are fantastic locations for statement lighting, but installation can be more involved than a standard ceiling fitting because of the height and accessibility of the installation location.

Planning the fitting position and suspension height is also important to achieving the intended finished result.

Whether you're adding a statement pendant during a renovation or simply replacing an existing light fitting, Ferguson Electrical can assist with residential lighting installations throughout Melbourne's south-east.
