Electricians Who Care About the Work — and the People It’s For

Meet the team

Our Story

Ferguson Electrical was founded by Matt and Amy Ferguson — partners in business and life — with a shared mission to raise the standard of electrical work across Melbourne’s south-east.

What started as a one-man operation has grown into a values-led team known for quality work, transparent service, and a genuine care for the people behind every job — from homeowners and property managers to NDIS providers and school clients.Matt’s love for electrical work started young, inspired by his dad (also a sparkie) and built through years of hands-on experience. Today, he leads the team with a steady hand and sharp eye — committed to doing the job right, every time.Amy brings a heart for service, a head for strategy, and a passion for creating inclusive spaces — championing women in trades and building a business grounded in care, transparency, and ambition.Together, they’re not just running a business — they’re building something that makes a difference

Our Mission
