Modern Bathroom Upgrade and Electrical Enhancements in Patterson Lakes

There’s nothing quite like a home upgrade that blends practicality with a touch of luxury — and this Patterson Lakes project was the perfect example.

Our team recently completed a full bathroom refresh and a series of electrical upgrades throughout the property. Here’s what we did:

🛁 Bathroom transformation

We installed a new Atom 65 W GUST high-velocity ducted exhaust fan, ensuring powerful ventilation and a quieter, more efficient performance. A sleek chrome heated towel rail was added beside the bathtub, paired with a smart timer and app control so the homeowners can pre-warm their towels with ease. The old light switch was also replaced, giving the bathroom a clean, modern look.

💡 Homewide improvements

Across the rest of the house, we made several updates to improve safety, functionality, and efficiency:

• Supplied and replaced LED downlights in the lounge and main bedroom.
• Installed new power points in the lounge (using ducting to connect between the spare room and window area) and kitchen (near the bin area).
• Replaced light switches in the hallway and bathroom for consistency and a fresh appearance.

Every installation was carried out to Australian Standards, and we supplied a Certificate of Electrical Safety upon completion.
