Industrial Power Installation for Machinery Yard in Bangholme

When industrial sites expand or introduce new machinery, reliable power infrastructure becomes critical.

We recently completed a new industrial power installation in Bangholme, providing a dedicated supply to a machinery yard at a commercial site. The project required coordination with excavation works, careful planning and strict adherence to Victorian electrical safety standards.

Working Alongside Other Trades

We worked closely with the team at @srh.plumb_ex to coordinate trenching and underground conduit installation. Collaboration between trades is essential on industrial projects like this, ensuring services are installed efficiently and safely without disrupting site operations.

Once trenching was complete, we installed and mounted a new subboard, providing protected circuits and appropriately rated outlets to support site equipment and machinery use.

Safety & Compliance First

Industrial electrical work demands precision and compliance.

All installations were completed in accordance with current Victorian electrical regulations, including appropriate circuit protection, earthing, mechanical protection and mandatory testing prior to energisation.

Before power was switched on, every circuit was verified and tested to ensure safe operation.

Apprentice Milestone

This project was also a significant milestone for our first-year apprentice, Jordan.

Under Matt’s direct supervision, Jordan assisted with and completed his first subboard installation. As with all prescribed electrical work, the installation was supervised, tested and signed off by a licensed A-Grade electrician before energisation.
