Electrical Renovation Works in Skye

Another residential renovation coming together in Skye ⚡

Ferguson Electrical recently worked alongside STP Quality Constructions to complete a range of electrical works as part of this home renovation.

Renovation electrical work is often about the smaller details that make the finished space work properly. Power needs to be where it is actually useful, switches need to suit the new layout and bathroom electrical fittings need to complement the renovated space.

Electrical works completed

Our team completed a number of upgrades throughout the home, including:

• Installation of a new power point inside a cupboard
• Replacement of an existing power point beside the vanity
• Replacement bathroom exhaust fan
• Replacement of an existing batten holder with an LED downlight
• Wiring and installation of a client-supplied heated towel rail
• Relocation of an existing light switch
• Installation of a new three-gang light switch

The finished heated towel rail is a great example of how electrical planning can be incorporated into a bathroom renovation without detracting from the overall design.

Working with renovation builders

We regularly work alongside builders on renovation and extension projects throughout Melbourne's south-east.

Having the electrician involved throughout the renovation allows electrical requirements to be coordinated with cabinetry, bathrooms, lighting layouts and other trades before everything is closed up and finished.

Whether it's a complete renovation or simply updating a few areas of the home, Ferguson Electrical can assist with lighting, power, switchboards, ventilation, data and other electrical requirements.
