Ferguson Electrical recently had the pleasure of completing the electrical fit-off for a stunning bathroom and laundry renovation in Bonbeach, working alongside the talented team at Del Renovations.

This project focused on creating practical, energy-efficient spaces while highlighting the beautiful finishes selected throughout the renovation. From feature lighting to improved ventilation and convenient power solutions, every element was carefully installed to complement the overall design.

Bathroom Electrical Installation

Across both bathrooms, our team completed a full electrical fit-off including:

• LED downlights for bright, energy-efficient lighting
• Ducted exhaust fans to improve ventilation and moisture control
• Double power points positioned for everyday convenience
• New four-gang switch plates for simple control of lighting, heating and ventilation
• Wiring and installation of client-supplied four-lamp Tastic heat, light and exhaust units
• Warm LED strip lighting installed to the shower niche and vanity areas to create a premium finish

The combination of functional lighting and subtle feature lighting brings warmth and sophistication to each bathroom while ensuring the spaces remain practical for everyday use.

Laundry & Mud Room Improvements

The renovation also included electrical upgrades to the laundry and mud room.

Our team installed:

• Three new LED downlights throughout the laundry
• LED strip lighting beneath the overhead cabinetry to improve task lighting
• Multiple new double power points throughout the laundry and mud room
• Additional rough-in provisions for future flexibility

These improvements provide brighter workspaces while ensuring plenty of accessible power for appliances and everyday household use.
